Free Career Support is Available to UNLV Alumni for Life
Handshake allows you to search for jobs, register for fairs, and schedule appointments with UNLV career coaches.
For recent grads, your ACE login is active until about 2 years after graduation. If you would like to change the email on your account in Handshake from your student email to a personal email, please email us at careerservices@unlv.edu.
If you graduated before 2020 and never had a Handshake account, you can create one by going to unlv.joinhandshake.com and selecting “No account? Sign up here.” on the top right of the page. Enter your preferred email address and wait for approval (about one business day). The preferred email address can be a personal email address and does not need to end in “.edu”. You will receive an email once your account is approved, and it will prompt you to login and complete your profile.
You may also create an alumni email using the link below. This is not required for access to Handshake, but many find it useful to have a separate alumni email for the job search.

UNLV hosts a university-wide career and internship fair for students and alumni at the Thomas and Mack in the fall and spring, featuring over 200 employers from a variety of industries including government, hospitality, engineering, education, business, entertainment, healthcare, and more. The week before the fair, UNLV hosts Prepare for the Fair events for students and alumni including resume review sessions and Q&A with employers.
UNLV is seeking alumni who wish to make their bio and contact information displayed on this site for current students and fellow alumni to connect with them about their industry, company, career journey, etc.
