Position Overview: As an Electrical Engineer III/IV at EO Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping diverse electrical projects, showcasing adaptability and multifaceted engineering expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate electrical components across platforms, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Oversee the analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems to enhance performance and reliability.
- Develop and implement control algorithms and systems tailored to specific operational needs.
- Utilize simulations, modeling, and analytical tools to assess and refine electrical system performance.
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to source high-quality electrical components that align with project goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance in electrical engineering principles to junior engineers and the broader project team.
- Draft comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project parameters.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, particularly in electrical engineering and related technologies.
Qualification Criteria:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Proven track record in leading and managing diverse electrical projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and control systems.
- Experience working with a variety of electrical systems and technologies.
- Proficiency in CAD tools, simulation software, and relevant programming languages.
- Familiarity with the latest safety standards and regulations in electrical engineering.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a talent for collaborative teamwork.
