About the Role: Join us as an Engineering Intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will work closely with our experienced engineering and manufacturing team, contributing to and learning about various aspects of our manufacturing processes, testing procedures, and research initiatives.

Qualifications/Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Strong theoretical understanding of engineering principles, including mechanics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
Requirements:
- Able to work up to 20 hours during Spring and Fall Semesters and up to 40 hours during Summer semester
- Able to commute to company location in Henderson, Nevada
- Available to intern from Feb 5th, 2025 through May 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Train on PPE and ensure safety is observed at all times.
- Conduct testing and analysis on machining processes.
- Source vendor and supplies where needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of experimental procedures to evaluate product performance and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Document experimental procedures, results, and observations for analysis and future reference.
- Support research and development projects aimed at enhancing product functionality and efficiency.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
