As a Finance Department Intern at Ntooitive, you will gain hands-on experience in various financial operations and activities. You will work closely with the finance team to support the company’s financial management, planning, and analysis. General Accountabilities:

Financial Analysis:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing relevant data.
- Assist in the preparation of budget reports and financial projections.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Help process invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable by tracking and following up on outstanding invoices.

Data Entry and Management:
- Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure records are up-to-date.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.

Financial Compliance:
- Support the finance team in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits and other regulatory reviews.

- Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as assigned.
