Tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform QA tests and report results

Attend Sprint meetings with developers
- Perform and present research in meetings and emails
- Brainstorm solutions to current problems
- Present potential future module idea’s relating to services
- Software competitor research
- Work with Sales department with client research pre-demonstration
- Work with Operation department for ongoing client and campaign success
- Work with Application department on support/help requests
- Research data packages and present validity findings for incorporating
- Manage users on platform
- Provide suggestions on increasing efficiency on platform
- Audience, Category, and Sub-Category Generation
- API Research
