Our mission is to make Christ known. It is to enable generations to encounter Christ through adventurous, Catholic faith-based, and nurturing programs utilizing the beautiful environment of God’s great outdoors.
We are looking for candidates who are excited about the mission and want to develop dynamic retreats rooted in our reality as body-soul composites.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the overall charism of Our Lady of the Fields, including the brand, spiritual mission, customer, goals, and all other aspects of service.
- Play a pivotal part in the creation of retreat schedules that captures the essence of Our Lady of the Fields.
- Research team builders, games, and activities appropriate for a variety of ages, with practical and meaningful faith-based debriefs.
- Develop engaging retreat themes and differentiated content for returning students.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience and internal processes.
Work Hours:
This remote unpaid internship is for the Spring 2025 semester. Start and end dates can be discussed so as to line up with the start and end dates of the college semester. 150 hours of work is expected, translating to 10 hours a week over a fifteen week semester.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Sophomore in college or higher
- Background in summer youth camps, youth sports, youth groups, or working with youth in a faith filled environment required
- Working towards a degree in Catechetics or Theology preferred
- Experience in Google Drive (Including Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Calendar & Google Forms) preferred
