Bilingual Territory Sales Representative (Spanish/English) – MUST Speak Spanish!

Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000–$85,000
Uncapped Commission On-Target Earnings: $105,000–$120,000+
We’re partnering with a leading finance company to hire a Bilingual Territory Sales Representative for the Las Vegas market. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career sales professionals looking to build a successful career with strong earning potential.
This position is primarily field-based, where you’ll meet with business customers, build relationships, and grow your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with business customers
Prospect and generate new business opportunities
Manage an assigned sales territory
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations
Maintain customer activity using a CRM
Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Bachelor’s degree preferred or recent graduate encouraged to apply
1+ year of sales experience preferred (internships or customer-facing sales experience are welcome)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
