Rose Restoration is a specialty contractor that restores stone, marble, terrazzo, and concrete in high-end homes, luxury hotels, and commercial buildings across the DC metro area. We’ve been doing this since 1978. The work is premium. The standards are high. And the opportunity is real.
We’re hiring a Project Manager, not an intern, not an assistant, not a coordinator who watches someone else make decisions. This is a real management role where you’ll run projects, talk to clients, coordinate crews, and be accountable for results from day one.
We don’t require you to know restoration. We’ll train you on the trade. What we need is someone sharp, organized, and driven, someone who communicates clearly, stays ahead of problems, and wants to build a career, not just get a paycheck.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple active restoration projects from start to finish
- Build project schedules and coordinate crews, materials, and site access
- Communicate directly with clients — setting expectations, giving updates, solving issues
- Visit job sites to verify quality, progress, and standards
- Track materials, documentation, and project budgets
- Solve problems quickly and flag risks before they grow
- Work across the field and office — this is not a desk-only role
- Help build and improve systems as the company grows
What You Bring
- A degree or coursework in construction management, business, operations, project management, or a related field — OR equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills — you manage your time, your tasks, and your follow-ups
- Clear, professional communication — written and verbal
- Comfort with both field environments and office coordination
- A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told, you figure it out
- Willingness to learn a specialty trade from experienced professionals
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
