Your Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic emerging who is self-motivated, possesses excellent technical and design skills and can work independently. As a critical member of our team-based approach, this role offers the chance to work on high-profile designs, grow our practice, and make a meaningful impact to our communities. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office minimum 24 hours a week.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in the design process developing ideas, creating renderings, & preparing design presentations.
  • Develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details, evaluate material options, and coordinate with consultant team.
  • Participate in construction site visits and assist with field reports, RFIs & submittal review.
  • Able to work with some supervision while maintaining communication with team members.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, visualization and graphics software.
  • Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great team player with excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Education and Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design.

Benefits Summary: Regular full-time and part-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage and paid family leave. Regular full-time and part-time employees will receive ten paid holidays in each calendar year. In addition, employees will be eligible to accrue vacation between 10 and 20 days per year and eligible for paid sick leave (and if more generous, in accordance with state and local law).

Temporary/casual employees have access to 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase program, and paid leave, in accordance with state and local law.
