Each Associate manages a small portfolio of clients and helps them achieve outstanding fundraising results. This is our entry-level position, with comprehensive training, structured onboarding, and ongoing feedback to help Associates grow into top-tier fundraisers.

Finance Associates Responsibilities:
- Management of client fundraising programs
- Preparing, staffing, and following up on client call time
- Managing & staffing client fundraisers
- Setting up & staffing client donor meetings
- Drafting email, text message, direct mail, and social media fundraising copy
- Donor research & prospecting
- Database & CRM
- Thank you note management
- Pledge chasing
- Checking client PO Boxes and depositing checks
- Source coding & importing online contributions
- Other miscellaneous fundraising tasks
Applicants for this position must:
- Be extremely detail-oriented.
- Have a strong desire to work in Democratic and non-partisan politics in Nevada.
- Be motivated to work independently without a formal office space. (Remote work!)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be comfortable communicating on the telephone. We love talking to donors!
- Must be ready to work and commit themselves through November 2026.
- Be trustworthy and discreet with confidential information.
- Live in Las Vegas or be willing to relocate within a reasonable amount of time.
- Have a reliable vehicle and laptop/computer they can use on a regular basis.
For this position, we are looking to hire someone who is ready to build a career working for Nevada elected officials and advocacy non-profits. The ideal candidate is someone who is starting off their career in Nevada, such as, but not limited to, a recent or upcoming graduate of a Nevada Higher Education Institution.
Hours: We work weekdays from 9 AM to 6 PM with the occasional evening and weekend obligations such as fundraising events or donor meetings. Hours will increase once we get to the summer and fall of the election year.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Salary: $4,250/month – $51,000 annualized
- 401k with a 3% Employer Contribution worth $1,530 your first calendar year
- $300 monthly Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA)
- 21 total days of PTO and paid holidays each calendar year
- Potential for annual bonuses based on client performance
- Employee mileage reimbursement

This assumes an annual $840 benefit from the employee mileage reimbursement and does not include any win bonuses given to Associates based on client electoral outcomes.
