1. Equipment & Facility Maintenance
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond promptly to
production issues for equipment such as encapsulation, tablet press,
capsule filling, softgel, and packaging systems, under the guidance of
senior technicians/supervisor
• Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical,
HVAC, piping, and facility systems
• Follow established preventive maintenance (PM) plans and complete
assigned PM tasks accurately and on schedule
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures by providing
accurate observations and assisting with corrective actions as directed
2. Spare Parts & Inventory Management / Procurement
• Assist with maintaining inventory records for maintenance parts and
consumables
• Help monitor stock levels of critical spare parts (motors, bearings, belts,
sensors, etc.) and report shortages to supervisor
• Follow established minimum/maximum inventory guidelines
• Request parts and supplies as needed and notify supervisor of urgent
needs
• Provide input on part quality/performance to support vendor evaluations
(as requested)
3. Workforce & Work Order Management
• Enter and update work orders in the CMMS system as assigned
• Complete assigned tasks within expected timeframes and report
progress/results to supervisor
• Participate in on-the-job training (OJT) to develop technical skills and
follow guidance from senior technicians
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas (tool rooms,
equipment storage, etc.)
