Job Summary
We are looking for a Social Media and Office Manager Intern, based in Las Vegas, who is passionate about social media, community building, and innovation. This is an ideal role for someone keen to get experience working directly with a CEO and dive into the intersection of technology and creativity. This role will require some days onsite working with our leadership as well as days working remotely.
During your internship, you will handle social media for the CEO, office management work (filing paperwork, shipping etc.) and have the unique opportunity to work directly with prominent brands and creators, assisting them in designing and launching their digital goods on our platform. You’ll be at the forefront of the innovation economy, gaining hands-on experience in marketing strategy, blockchain technology, and customer outreach.
As a self-starter, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking charge of various projects, from developing a social media calendar, partnership on-boarding program to addressing customer inquiries. Your role will be crucial in bringing insights from your interactions to impact the team positively. You welcome giving and getting input because it makes you and us better and faster.

Responsibilities
- Social media for CEO including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
- Support our content strategy with research, help maintain our content calendar, and support social media posting and engagement.
- Office management (event support, filing paperwork, shipping and other errands)
- Extensive research on potential partners
- Additional responsibilities
- Develop creative pitches to take to potential customers
- Onboarding Partners onto Virtualness, providing support, guidance, and troubleshooting assistance throughout their journey on our platform.
- Find ways to help make our operations lighter and more effective.
Skills/Experience
- Social media marketing including LinkedIn, Twitter, IG and TikTok
- Proven track record of setting a strategy, making a plan, and executing on it
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams.
- High performer who can work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Light technical background on blockchain and AI or eagerness to do independent research on them
- Experience with Canva/Google Slides, Figma, or design preferred
