An organization for UNLV students, whose purpose is to use the cuisines of the world brought to Las Vegas as an educational tool and a shared experience that transcends language, history, and culture while networking with industry professionals.

– Educate the student body about differing culture cuisines and the methods by which they are prepared
– Tour locations across the city of Las Vegas that hold a focus on food and restaurants
– Establish volunteer and job opportunities through organization contacts and resources
– Create professional relationships with fellow students and industry professionals
– Organize and execute fundraisers, sales, and events
– Enlighten the readers of the Las Vegas Food and Professionals Magazine about the monthly outings and events of the Epicurean Society
