Executive Director
Eileen is dedicated to the career and professional development of diverse students and alumnx. She is an innovative leader in designing career success programs and services that reach broadly across campus and facilitate meaningful pathways and engaging connections to all stakeholders. She has significant experience leading career initiatives at UNLV, University of Arizona and University of California Merced. Eileen is committed to building career communities and facilitating opportunities that change futures for the better.

Kass Moore
Director of Career & Life Design
Kass is a double alum of UNLV, holding both a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s of Education. With a passion for empowering individuals to design fulfilling lives and careers, Kass currently serves as the Director of Career + Life Design at UNLV, guiding students and community members in discovering their strengths, interests, and true potential.
Kass’ dedication extends beyond the university walls. For over 2.5 years, they gained valuable experience helping job seekers at MAANG companies (Amazon, Google, Meta) through a tech startup, providing expert career coaching and operational leadership, and igniting success stories. Their commitment to social impact is also evident in their previous work with nonprofits, supporting individuals in achieving certifications in IT/Cybersecurity, medical coding and billing, phlebotomy, and other blue-collar professionals to achieve their goals. Kass has also worked with local Las Vegas organizations, such as the Just One Project, providing career and professional development training and support.
Driven by a desire to uplift others, Kass volunteers as a crisis counselor with the Trevor Project, extending emotional support and community to LGBTQ+ youth in need. Recognizing the importance of community, they actively support small businesses and cheer on Las Vegas’s pride and joy – UNLV athletics and the Las Vegas Aces.
In Kass’ life, there’s a beautiful synergy between passion and purpose. As the Director of Career + Life Design, they empower individuals to chart their own course, build meaningful careers, and create lives that resonate with their deepest aspirations.
Lyndsi Pace
Associate Director of Data, Assessment & Planning
Lyndsi Pace oversees operations, data, assessment, and Handshake support for UNLV Career Services and Workforce Development. She is a Las Vegas native, and she is passionate about career development and UNLV student success.
Before transitioning to higher education, Lyndsi worked in nonprofits arts management for 10 years and retail management for two years before that. She has a bachelors in Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University and a masters in Arts Administration from Boston University.
In her free time, Lyndsi volunteers with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), Southern Nevada by teaching classes and facilitating support groups.

Dr. Chris Hughes
Career & Life Design Specialist
Dr. Chris Hughes serves as a Career and Life Design Specialist with UNLV Career Services.
He is an expert in career related subjects like resumes, cover letters, interviews, job and
internship searching, and career exploration and loves to talk to people about their career dreams.
He has worked with many diverse students and groups including: students with disabilities,
LGBTQ+, first generation, minority students, veterans, and international students.
Originally from Southern California, he moved to Las Vegas in order to study at UNLV where
he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After working in Risk Management for a
few years, he decided to continue his education and moved to Pennsylvania where he got his
Master’s degree in Counselor Education with an emphasis in Career Counseling at Penn State.
He decided to continue his education at Penn State and completed his PhD in Counselor
Education and Supervision before moving back to Las Vegas and returning to UNLV.

Antoinette Hurtado
Antoinette Hurtado is a career Foreign Service Officer in the U.S. Department of State with 19 years of service. She also has a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and has mentored and coached students and young professionals from underrepresented groups throughout her career. She currently serves as the Diplomat in Residence regional recruiter for Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico.
Antoinette has served overseas as a political officer at the U.S. Embassy to Australia in Canberra; as a consular officer at the U.S. Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; as the Special Assistant to the Director of Communications and Public Diplomacy at the U.S. Embassy to Afghanistan in Kabul; and as the Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy to the Holy See in Rome.
Antoinette also has served in several assignments in Washington, DC. She was the Course Coordinator for Policy, Planning, and Resources Training in the Public Diplomacy Division at our training facility, the Foreign Service Institute. She was a Lawrence Eagleburger Fellow working in the Marketing Department of celebrity chef José Andrés’ restaurant company, ThinkFoodGroup. Before her Fellowship, she was the Acting Office Director in the formerly-named Bureau of International Information Programs’ Office of Public Engagement, managing teams working on digital public engagement campaigns with youth networks in Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
She also served in the 24/7 Bureau of Intelligence and Research watch office and as an advance officer for the Secretary of State, arranging overseas and domestic travel programs and logistics.
Antoinette earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University. She has studied Spanish, Portuguese (Brazilian), and Italian.
Mikayla Harris
Hi my name is Mikayla Harris! I’ve lived in Las Vegas my whole life. I graduated this past spring from UNLV with my bachelors degree in psychology, and I am currently working on my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about helping others and can’t wait to hear all about your career goals!
Eric Remolador
Hello, I’m Eric Remolador, a dedicated graduate student on the path to achieving a Master of Science in Accounting. My academic journey began at UNLV, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. Currently, I’m excited to be contributing as a Graduate Assistant in the Career Services department, where I aim to provide invaluable support to fellow students. As I look ahead, I am determined to graduate next semester/summer and take the significant step of obtaining my CPA licensure by the upcoming year.
Ingrid Pauline de Oca
I am a Filipina immigrant working on my second bachelors in Graphic Design at the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a double minor in Global Entrepreneurship & Creative Writing. I previously graduated with a degree in Nutrition Sciences at the California Polytechnic University of Pomona. I decided to do a career shift after working in the health field for three years to pursue my love for art & design. I want to be able to use my creative passion to collaborate with other creators and make visual art that others can enjoy. Fun fact: I have lived in 7 states!

Victoria currently serves as the Associate Director of Career and Professional Development in Lee Business School (LEE). Her role includes everything from meeting with students and employers to running reports and managing internal processes. Prior to joining the team as an Associate Director, Victoria held roles in Marketing and Career Coaching within LEE. Her “Rebel Spirit” runs deep as she is a double alumna of UNLV, earning her BSBA, Marketing as well as her Dual MBA and MS in Hotel Administration from the university. Victoria has a passion for helping others, visiting new places, and being creative so you’ll usually find her doing at least one of these things!

Alejandro Chacon currently serves as the College of Engineering Internship Coordinator. Alejandro works with employers to help connect them with talented students from the College of Engineering.
Invested in UNLV and Higher Education: Alejandro has been with UNLV since 2008, beginning with the Registrar’s Office as the Curriculum Coordinator, and then moving to the Career Services Office to guide students and alumni in their careers as the Assistant Director of Employer Engagement for the Main UNLV Career Services Office. He has been in the education industry for more than 20 years, with some of his previous experiences including, Registrar at Le Cordon Bleu, Banner Consultant with SCT, and Admissions and Registration Center Specialist at Highlands University. Alejandro is devoted to students and alumni because of their hunger to learn, experience, and succeed.

Alexis Jackson is a dedicated advocate for minority representation in STEM, offering mentorship to students in engineering, pre-med, and pre-health majors since 2019. With a BA in Psychology with honors and an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from UNLV, Alexis brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Alongside running her private practice, she contributes to the development of the SUSU Internship curriculum, shaping future STEM leaders. Alexis is passionate about fostering resilience and growth in her mentees and enjoys helping folks feel confident about their career and life goals. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her dogs, embracing a balanced lifestyle.
