Responsibilities:
- Follow and maintain brand guidelines
- Design and/or update layouts for Internal Communication
- Follow creative direction from others, Designers or Marketers, and turn concepts into reality.
- Resize and/or revise graphics under the guidance of a Designer
- Brainstorming with creative and marketing teams and develop content for B2B social media
- Create and manage compelling and consistent social media projects for LinkedIn and other B2B and B2C social/online visuals
Qualifications:
- Love of Design
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects (Animation knowledge preferred but not required)
- Understanding of design principals and strong layout skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, yes… PowerPoint, you may learn to love PowerPoint
- Successful completion of Graphic Design coursework (B or better)
- Desire to learn and the ability to pivot as needed
- Self-starter with strong time-management skills, with attention to details
- Ability to manage ambiguity – crystal ball not required, mind reading a must!
- Most importantly: Be delighted by neon, inclined to use magenta, relish a good gify, delight in compiling a great inspiration/mood board
