OUMP is a student organization within the UNLV Psychology department. OUMP pairs psychology undergraduates from under-represented backgrounds with a graduate student mentor to aid in preparation and application for graduate schools in psychology fields, as well as provides support to assist undergraduate graduation efforts. In addition, OUMP mentees have access to an e-mail list serv connecting them with volunteer opportunities and grad school-preparatory workshops.
